Refund Policy

We’ve 30-Days Money Back Guarantee refund policy. If you did not like the product, simply send an email and we will refund your amount.

To receive the refund, the product first needs to be shipped to our warehouse. Once we receive the product we’ll process your refund. The shipping cost for return is required to be paid by customer. 

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to account. All refund may take up to 10 business days to complete after return package received.

Damage Item Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@maxxmassage.com with picture/video of the damaged item, and then return the damaged item to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll analyze the item and if you are eligible, will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MaxxMassage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MaxxMassage will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses
