Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD by default unless you choose other currency. Please go to, top right corner and from the drop down menu (next to the bag) select the currency you want to Check Out. You may checkout on currencies such as, USD, CAD, GBP, AUD or EUR.
Currency other than USD may be charged at the most current exchange rate. Select your local currency to avoid exchange rate cost.

What are your shipping options and how long will it takes?

Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
I haven’t received my order yet! Is it lost?

What is your refund policy?
We’ve 30-Days Money Back Guarantee refund policy. If you did not like the product, simply send an email and we will refund your amount.
To receive the refund, the product first needs to be shipped to our warehouse. Once we receive the product we’ll process your refund. The shipping cost for return is required to be paid by customer.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to account. All refund may take up to 10 business days to complete after return package received
My item is damaged on transit; do I get exchange or refund?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org with picture/video of the damaged item, and then return the damaged item to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll analyze the item and if you are eligible, will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or stolen packages
MaxxMassage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MaxxMassage will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses.
